The LifeTrail Fitness Station 5 includes the following activity panels and accessories:
Activity Panel 1: Stair Exercises
Strengthens the hip stabilizing muscles and stretches the hip flexors while developing single leg strength on linear and lateral planes.
Activity Panel 2: Overhead Press Exercise
Extends the shoulders to strengthen the arm, shoulder and upper-back muscles.
Activity Panel 3: Standing Stretches & Yoga Poses
Stretches the obliques and strengthens the muscles of the lower body.
