What is the LifeTrail® Advanced Wellness System?

The LifeTrail® Advanced Wellness System is a series of outdoor fitness stations that are specifically designed for older adults. The fitness stations can be installed in parks, on retirement campus properties and along walking paths. Each fitness station has three sides and each side features an exercise panel with easy to read instructions on how to properly conduct that exercise. A complete system of seven fitness stations will have 159 exercises with multiple skill levels.

LifeTrail® is manufactured in America by Playworld Systems of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania , a world leading designer and manufacturer of recreational playground and exercise equipment. Playworld Systems developed LifeTrail® with leading gerontology and kinesiology specialists so the exercises have been demonstrated to achieve results for older adults.

How Does LifeTrail Work®?

LifeTrail® can be ordered as a pre-configured system of five fitness stations. The pre-configured system features exercises that will provide an upper and lower body workout and additionally balance exercises for the user. There are two pre-configured wheelchair accessible ( ADA ) fitness stations that can be added for a total of seven pre-configured fitness stations.

Can I Customize My Own LifeTrail® System?

Absolutely! All you need to do is to select a frame style and then you can choose from any of the 27 activity panels (including ADA ) to build your own LifeTrail® fitness station system. Our minimum order is one fitness station. Customizing a LifeTrail fitness station is an ideal way to help your organization achieve specific fitness objectives for your clients.

What are the Frame Options?

All frames are three sided. You can choose a frame with a molded plastic roof which may be suitable for shade or a post cap frame which is a three sided frame without a roof. Frames can be surface mounted to concrete or post mounted in the ground.

Can I Choose a Different Color?

Yes! You can choose from a palette colors to personalize your LifeTrail Advanced Wellness System. A great option for supporting a corporate brand or maintaining community aesthetic.
